Okay. Another error. I identified Lao-Tse as Confucious. Wrong.
Lao-Tse (it translates, "Old Philosopher") was pre-Confucious by far.
His congruency with Confucious is a mis-fact I've carried around for
decades. No longer, however. As a side bar here, Lao-Tse was said to
have been carried by his mother "in utero" for 62 years (or 72, or 81,
depending upon which authority you look up) and was therefore born
white-haired. Really? Hmmmm.

Doubtful.

And, yes, I've heard the arm-pushing nonsense referred to both as
"Applied Reflexology" and "Applied Kinesiology." It depends on which
school of quackery you're consulting. The term 'kinesiology" refers
to the study of movement, in general. "Reflexology" is a ridiculous
system of treating the foot as representing the entire body, and
massaging it.
