			<description>Several of your points, in particulat the expense, illustrate why charlatans are so very motivated to avoid proper trials and simply claim effectiveness: why design a sound trial and risk finding out the treatment doesn't work when you can sign up desperate parents for repeated expensive treatments on children who, in many cases will be unable to offer any resistance.
